En la mañana de hoy, en la sala de prensa del Estadio de La Rosaleda, ha tenido lugar la presentación de Aarón Ñíguez como nuevo jugador del Málaga CF. Con esta incorporación que se ha producido en la plantilla blanquiazul se cubre la ficha profesional que había dejado libre Antoñín tras su marcha al Granada CF.

Hasta ahora ha completado dos entrenamientos con la plantilla y sobre el contacto con los compañeros ha declarado que «el grupo es fenomenal, me han acogido muy bien y me siento como si llevase más días. He podido hablar con Sergio Pellicer ayer, personalmente».
El jugador lleva sin jugar un partido oficial durante más de un año, y el jugador expuso un breve resumen de su última trayectoria profesional: «Estuve a un gran nivel en Oviedo pero acepté una oferta económico muy importante en Asia, creciendo en un fútbol diferente.
